Nature of EMR Screen

for your needs (if possible at all, that would require a very lenghty Buyer Questionnaire!). Instead, it will return 4-6 vendors
that most closely match your needs. EMR Select™ allows you to take your results
from EMR Screen™ and investigate your returned vendors' offerings. With
these two tools working together, you have a very sensible and structured approach to buying your EMR/PM system.
Multiple Vendors
You want to keep multiple vendors in play during your buying process in order to create and maintain a competitive bidding
environment. Doing so will help assure that you get the best pricing on your new system, as well as other buyer-favorable terms
and conditions. It's very difficult to negotiate with a vendor when the vendor knows "they're it", the preferred vendor.
