EMR Consulting Services

EMR Match™ can provide "Tier 1" and "Tier 2" consulting services for your EMR/PM project. Tier 1 services are more informal and typically involve use of consultants for high-level planning exercises, question-and-answer sessions, participation in vendor demos, etc. Tier 1 consluting services costs less per hour and can often be performed remotely.

Tier 2 services consists of full-on consulting services, such as those required for selecting and purchasing hardware, installing a new system, implementing a new system, data conversion, etc. Tier 2 services cost relatively more per hour and usually must be performed onsite (at your location).

For example, you might use a Tier 1 consultant to help you answer the EMR Screen™ Buyer Questionnaire, further refine and validate your needs and preferences within EMR Select™, and participate with you in some carefully-structured demos with a small number of system vendors. You might use the same or a different consultant for installation and implementation of your new EMR/PM system.

EMR Screen™ - EMR Vendor and Software Screening

EMR Screen™ is an online screening tool used to define your needs and preferences across a wide range of EMR/PM system feature and function points. Basically, all EMR/PM systems do the same thing, but how each system accomplishes its end game varies substantially from vendor to vendor. EMR Screen™ covers 45+ feature and function points of EMR/PM systems on the market. Users run the tool online, inputting their particular need or preference for each feature and function point. As users input their information, EMR Screen™ will list the EMR/PM vendors whose systems most closely match stated needs and preferences.

EMR Select™ - EMR Vendor and Software Selection

EMR Select™ is comprehensive EMR/PM system screening tool covering 250+ feature and function points of EMR/PM systems on the market. As with EMR Screen™, users input needs and preferences across the various feature and function points, and the tool returns a list of EMR/PM vendors whose systems most closely match the user's stated needs and preferences.
